I’ve been a bit stuck lately. Stuck in nearly every way possible. I’ve been needing to paint but have been stuck for ideas, or simply lacking the confidence to start, so I’ve been trying something new. I needed to get out of my head, so I’ve been exploring a new style of fluid abstraction. With this style, there are some things that can be controlled, but much of it isn’t. Though it isn’t as easy as it looks. It’s a lot of trial and error and starting over, but here are some of my better ones.

Just a few of them. I’ve done them on tile, stretched canvas, and canvas board. The tile ones will hopefully become coasters. Most are available for purchase. For more information, visit my Facebook page.

Do you have a favorite or have a color scheme I should try?
